Finally I got ThinkPad E460. E450 that is previous model did not have IPS Display option, but E460 has it.

The NUC with Ubuntu problem has been solved. I got NUC DN2820FYKH and installed Ubuntu 15.10, but shutdown does not work well. I have been tring to do various things, but the answer is simple. Only I have to do is checking to be selected BIOS settings UEFI Boot Configration OS Selection Windows8/10.
